Cheers for posting that, superb, sounds like a Spitfire........... and not of the Triumph kind.Another video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLaLiPAnkj4
I take back my comment about trying to weigh the back end down to improve traction. You haven't got a hope
That sounds evil.

TBH, it puts its power down really well, a wet sap covered drive is not the best for grip,I take back my comment about trying to weigh the back end down to improve traction. You haven't got a hope

My son has a supercharged Atom that he instructs in and this will leave it in a standing start, I'm going to have to go stiffer on the rear springs as I can sit the back box on the floor in the first 3 gears.
The guy who live mapped it was impressed at the way it put its power down and did a small write up, I'll try to find the link,
I love the debumpered look. When i did mine I made up some rubber plugs for the rear bumper iron holes. Also went for the stick on front number plate, it's possibly not legal. Because the number plate lights are in the bumper over riders I found some little Led securing bolts which fulfills the lighting requirement.

Looks great, I was undecided when I came to choosing a colour but glad I picked BRG in the end..daniel-5zjw7]win said:
Thanks for all the comments guys,, last few pictures I found, pondering now if to sell it or not ?
Out of interest what sort of price would you ask for it? Must be relatively tricky to value!
Good question...and you are correct something like this is always difficult to value. Before I built it I decided i wanted a really nice V8 convertible for summer ride outs and even for the odd Euro trip.. i considerd a nicely built cobra replica but I've built kit cars before and no matter how nice you build them they are still kit cars.Out of interest what sort of price would you ask for it? A decent Cobra replica is around 45- 50k and some considerably more.
I think this is much nicer and certainly drives nicer ( I've driven both ) so i think it's value is around 45 k considering it's not just a engine swapped old car and has had a full body off restoration with all new parts..
What do you think ?
