What about ?
997 gen 2 GT3 - rare and arguably the last of the real 911's
Range Rover Sport V6 supercharged - the best way to travel long distances 4 up.
Abarth 595 competizone - the most fun around the back roads anytime of year.
911 aircooled 3.2 RS backdate - (1050kg_ coolest car and classic feel - oh and that noise with a Tony Thompson exhaust.

Its a targa
The bravery require to own one of those is truly mind-bending...They are - without the slightest shadow of a doubt - the most overcomplicated and badly designed roofs in the history of cars.
Someone (Webasto IIRC) sat a load of engineers down in a room and said "we want a slidey roof for a 993 - go absolutely nuts" and so they did - which gave them a pile of problems which they solved by going even more nuts - that repeated about 10 times before someone said "fk it - sell that anyway"
Had much trouble with it?

Never had a single issue with it. Been lucky!
The trick is to either use it a lot or leave it WELL alone - the mistake is using it occasionally and/or only like a sunroof. It's massively complicated and both over-engineered (in ambition) and under-engineered (in terms of how it's used in the realworld not having been thought through) - if it's not 'exercised properly' it will go wrong and they're a 'mare to fix.
I do like how they look tho - the looks aspect is spot-on and they're hella rare.
