Futaras are some of may favourite wheels, along with OZ Turbos, CSLs and the standard E39 M5 wheels.

V nice. What else do you have planned for this beast?
Got a couple more interior changes on the way. Hopefully get the engine swap sorted next year

I'm sure it's taken a lot of work but it seems like a bit of a waste if you've done nothing to the engine. Surely these mods will have just slowed it down?
Its a 1 litre. Absolutely pointless doing anything to the engine

I'm curious. If you don't mind me asking, what has it ended up costing you in total - car and mods?
You really dont want to know hehe put it this way. Wheels alone £2.5k

Especially in the vicinity of speed bumps hehe

A standard set of regulation Dubsheep mods right there.
Its bagged. Press a button raise it up speedbumps are not a problem

You must be. Have you not seen cars at shows these days?

There's a great thread on Briskskoda about a modified Citigo with a 450bhp 1.8T and 4WD system, and it still looks pretty standard from the outside. That is how it should be done.

Agreed, looks lovely. But i do hope a 928 somewhere hasn't died just to give its wheels away to an up! frown

Also, that polo steering wheel, is the airbag plugged in?

Interesting response. So because all the other cars at shows look broken you thought you'd better make yours look broken too?

I'm still interested to know what it cost but I guess that would be a little embarrassing so I don't blame you for not sharing. Do you ever look at what else you could have bought for the money (and cry yourself to sleep)?

Your dad's Up looks quite nice by contrast, nicely judged - different without looking, well, broken...

That thing's mad! Good on you for doing something to it. I'm not a fan of the Up! but you've done some cool stuff to yours.
