Nicely done but £35k ?

Good luck but it’s a 560hp, 2.0 Skoda that’s unlikely to last for usual taxi mileage. Personally I’d go for a lightly used XFR or M5. There’s probably a buyer out there.....possibly.

I guess you are not buying it then smile I would not expect it to last for taxi mileage but the forged engine can withstand 700+ bhp so 560 is well within its capabilities.

Not sure what you are basing that on. It’s a lot from a 2.0. Sincerely good luck and I appreciate what you’ve achieved. It’s a great build.

Based on other cars with the same or similar forged build running over 700hp for over a year and dozens of cars with a standard engine running 550+ for more than two years in very competitive conditions.

Thank you smile

Good news. Just goes to prove there are petrol heads out there who will pay good money for the right car. Gives me hope for if/when I eventually part with my modified Monaro.

So what’s next?

The ad's a bit rubbish, stuff like usb ports mentioned as per most other boggo stock Skodas, but absolutely nothing about why this one makes all that power...

'Tis a lovely car though, GLWS !
