There's quite a few VAG meets around the South East, and some German ones and lots of generic ones. I'll let you know of any decent events coming up!

i had a apu 1.8t b5 a4, a seat ibiza fr 1.8t bjx, a b5 a4 1.8t quattro so like my 1.8t engines.

the ko3 though will only go to 200bhp so not sure where 220 comes from, if you still want another turbo on, the bex is the best one from the 190bhp 1.8t b6, you can get 240-250 bhp and should bolt on.

looks good to me, i changed the engine hoses and pipes, instead of the standard clamps. Turbo change can be done diy as well, not too difficult. Beach buggy is a good turbo guy i understand, it is worth it.

My seat ibiza had a 200bhp r tech remap, very good. I had a remapped ecu on my a4s.

I recently had a 1.8t MK4 golf, but I am considering one of these in either audi or passat platform to lug some stock around at weekends in the near future.

Currently have a Volvo S60 2.4D which is going to my Mum for a while and a 2013 Ford Mondeo 2013 estate that I am going to Uber to the ground. So looking for something also for a weekend work hack that I can have some fun with and keep on fixing and moan about it.

Looking forward to some updates.

I'm a big fan of the B5 Avant and the 1.8T - my second car was an A4 Avant 1.8T Sport, third car a 1.8T S3 (8L) and fourth car a B5 RS4! Just love the shape of the B5 A4 Avant.

My A4 Avant with K03 was remapped to around 190/200bhp and was nice to drive, much lighter than you'd think. The K04'd S3 was around 255bhp and the RS4 with two K04s was 440bhp and flew!

black on black is overdone. a smoked dark silver works well. i ran spacers on my a4 quattro 1.8t as i had b6 wheels looked good.
