Well this isn’t what I wanted to read.

While it lasted I enjoyed the voyeurism of this, the anticipation of what’s coming next and your excitement at doing the deals was infectious.

The cars were good, some of the crap you have to do to buy a car you want is bad and some of the comments a bit ugly.

Will still follow you on Instagram, just a shame some people always look for the bad in things.

On behalf of myself and the expect most of PistonHeads, thanks and sorry!

Enjoy your cars and your life, it’s too short and precious for negative people.

Andy

Going back to cars...

Was fortunate enough to be at the DBS Superleggera launch today, looked fantastic in red, but I think I actually prefer the new Vantage, which is weird cos I thought it looked awful when it first came out - both look truly amazing in the flesh though, pictures don't do them justice.

It was like being Pete for a day, surrounded by supercars, though without the millionaire bit.

The front end of the vantage is absolutely shocking. Whoever signed that off needs sacking ASAP.

Well st. Every morning and evening I check in on this thread, and it genuinely cheers me up. Anticipation of the next purchase, the wow factor of what’s just been bought and the insight into buying/owning something I’ll never have the pleasure of was great. Pete, thanks for your honesty, and your willingness to share. This thread brought me out the woodwork of PH, I might just go back in now haha.
I’d love to take you up on the biposto ride Pete, buy you a coffee and chat st for a bit.
All the best mate.

Pete,

Sorry to hear this thread has run its course. I don't believe as of yet i've commented on this thread, but I have read since day one, and my son (8 years of age, mad on cars) likes to be updated of an evening.

Your video's are just original, no ponce, just you. I must sign onto instagram to follow you, It would be a shame to loose touch all in

Giblet and Carlos, are you guys free next week or the week after. I promised you guys a day out in the LFA & CGT and I’ve been waiting for better weather. Now that weather is here I think it’s about time to shoot a new video with you guys as the guest appearances.
I can be free for whenever, I’ll happily clear my schedule for it! Ignore the handful of idiots on this thread, the rest of us have loved seeing a different approach to supercar/hypercar ownership.

Well that’s a shame. Pete, it’s been interesting seeing and hearing about your toys, and it’s disappointing that it comes to an end.

Good luck

Guys no one has pissed me off to the point where I want to leave the forum, I’m not that soft haha.
It’s just that I started this thread about me taking delivery of my LFA and it’s spiralled into something crazy. We’ve covered a lot and it’s been great but as someone said it’s got off topic.
I’ll leave you with this to end this thread, I started with an LFA and I’m ending it with another LFA.
Weekend just gone I messed up my days with Mitton hall Supercar Sunday (I thought it was on a Saturday!!!)
So we diverted to knaresborough and popped into Redline Car Specialists. Luckily for me it was at this time that they’d just closed a deal on a matching black rhd LFA, so that’s now coming my way.
Stay classy San Diego
Pete

Thanks for the thread Pete!

Been great to see what you're up to and always found it quite amazing to see what you've been up to or most likely buying!

Feel like I've taken a lot away from the thread but mark my words, an M2 will be coming my way soon, look forward to seeing your future videos!

Cheers Pete

I've not got Insta so if this is the final post for a while just want to say thank you for sharing everything with us, genuinely made some bad days better.

All the best for your future ventures, whether business, family or otherwise.

Thanks for sharing.

No worries guys, it’s definitely been my pleasure.
Swampy, some of your posts have really cracked me up, really nice talking to you. Any time you’re near Alderley then give me a shout and we’ll have a beer or 10 haha.
Pete
I'll come and visit your restaurant, it's a beautiful part of the world so would be a pleasure. If you are there then it's a bonus, would be good to have a beer. All the best.

P.S. if Haymarket had anything about them they would offer you a guest / monthly slot for a fee to charity. You must be single handed my responsible for a lot of traffic to this site.

As with everything else that is/was good in the modern age one little small minded *********** makes a comment and ruins it for all those who actually care...
It was amazing while it lasted and really sad to see this end, maybe start a thread of your car deliveries as we all love seeing what you've bought...?

Ah balls! This is one of about 3 ‘go to’ threads on PH that I find worth visiting whenever I’m on.

Could you have a rethink please? Don’t think of it as having gone off topic, think of it as having evolved thumbup
