This is a shame. Seemed like a top bloke willing to share an insight into cars and car buying experiences most of us never get near. A fellow north westerner too which is always nice.

This place has had some utter bellends on it for the 10 years I've visited. Luckily they usually get short shrift and fk off elsewhere to converse with other mouth breathers but we'll always get some coming through. Some people just don't know how to behave in polite society!

It's one the least cringe threads on PH if you just read Pete's stuff which is genuinely interesting. Like the rest of PH these days I pretty much ignore most posters. If thread is over then I'll not have much reason to visit any more.
