460hp Lotus Exige V6

Firstly, let me say the car looks great and is a credit to you.
Now, I don't want to piss on your chips but it's a fresh colour on a nice Lotus. Enjoy yourself, but I've found myself cringing a little about how drawn out this has been. Seeing tickets for sale at Caffeine & Machine for this was perhaps the tipping point...

Can you explain this ticket thing please?
Caffeine and Machine always have time slotted tickets for weekend entry so they can control numbers. I'm not making any money off it, I've known the owner for 10 years and felt it was the perfect place for people to be able to see the car if they want to (I'm not forcing anyone!)ImDesigner said:

It's ALWAYS tickets for Caffeine and Machine at the weekends due to popularity. He was just letting people know when he would be there. No different to arranging to meet a load of your mates there. It's not a 'special event' to see his car.

looks a bit artificial in that setting / lighting...bit too much grand tourismo.. id be interested to see how that paint colour looks in the outside world with natural lighting as thought the yellow was stunning in some of your photos
It looks like a render, half expecting this not to be the actual colour.Really need to see it in daylight…
A little look at my interior:
The changes are quite subtle, but I feel help to finish it off, so let’s start with the steering wheel, it was first skinned by projectcarbon.uk, then krossstitch did an incredible job trimming it fully in alcantara, then Ken (KSD Autobody) did some custom paint magic with the new logo onto the carbon, before finishing it in satin lacquer.
There were a couple of parts left on the interior that were still plastic last year that I’d never got round to, the binnacle around the AIM dash, the door pulls (as they’re a nightmare to get off) and the back of the steering wheel trim. A friend of mine retrimmed these to match the rest of the interior.
You may notice the little touchscreen below the headlight switches, this is for my new active dampers from CORE by Tractive / raceshocks - not the final fitment, but I like the position.
Finally, Ken finished all the carbon in a satin lacquer which I think looks much more premium, then the gear shift surround and hvac were painted in purple to match the body.
I’ve now done about 500 miles since it became purple again, it’s great to be out and about again, the dampers are just incredible how compliant they are!
The colour changes a huge amount in different lights, photos don’t really do if justice to be honest, it’s even more vivid in real life.
