Ford Focus ST170

Yep - definitely. I had mine changed for a solid flywheel. I think a Luk DMF and clutch kit is about 4-500 by itself, let alone the time taken to change it.I got the TTV steel flywheel which was about £300, and I got a new genuine clutch to go with it. It chatters like fook in neutral but otherwise a decent upgrade.
I think at 140k you'll be alright as the clutch/fly and cambelt will've been done. If the IMRC fails then Brad Nichols on the owners club page on FB is the expert at refurbishing them, O2 sensors usually fail and cause an engine light and dire fuel economy but they're an easy fix. Rust plagues all of them, unless you're planning on keeping it for a lot of years I wouldn't bother with it unless it's failing MOT's. First thing to do is give it a really good service and fit a set of good tyres if it's not on them already. A service can free up a lot of lost power which makes a difference in these, and they're very sensitive to tyres. Bad tyres ruin the way it drives, I went for Eagle F1's which made it a lot better. They're a fun car for the money, 2nd gear pulling onto motorways is always fun. Post some pics of it
