Tiny thread hijack... but is there a build going on for the stands? Seems too early to be stands for the event that is 'closed' and has no spectators in October?

Well a disastrous year for the cars but at least we have our health, as yo saw previously we only managed to get the car out once this year and that didn't exactly go as planned with only a few sessions before we had to leave for home.
On a positive note I have moved home and all the toys will eventually be in one place.
For the first time ever both cars are now standing side by side in the garage, I hope to get a few outside photos in next couple of days as I want to take the original car off the trailer to sell that trailer and buy one that will fit all the cars, the trailer I have was a modified Smart trailer customised to fit inside a std single garage, I no longer have that restriction or need so a proper full size trailer will replace.

Only picture I have currently below ....

Nice wide arch BMW 2002? in there too.

Wow where did the last year go ?

Nothing really to update you on guys, I started and moved the car a few times but didn't use mainly due to the Subaimp project taking some my time and also a new project (which is now complete) that I will start a separate thread on shortly.

Will get the Imp out at some stage this year for sure.

Such a nice build in this little Imp - are you going to race it or just track days?

The plan always was to race the car (not me) at somewhere like Spa classic or similar and then along came covid so couldn't race even if we wanted too.

Ive given my "driver" the option to race both imps and also the latest project which should be finished shortly, I will continue to use at track days etc as the car really does deserve to be shown and seen.

Is the Subaimp what I think it is?

I just finished getting an Imp on the road in NZ and it is bog stock standard.
