Ordered today and due to be built last week in Jan for delivery early in February.

Mini Cooper S Seven in Lapisluxury Blue with silver roof, door mirror caps and bonnet stripes.

Will look like this....

Its a Mini Cooper S with the following Seven Pack

– FYMJ Cloth/leather upholstery
– 2G0 17'' MINI Seven light alloy wheels in two-tone
– 423 Floor mats
– 450 Passenger seat height adjustment
– 493 Storage compartment pack
– 4BD Piano Black interior trim
– 4V9 MINI Excitement Pack
– 521 Rain sensor and automatic headlight activation
– 534 Automatic air conditioning, dual-zone
– 563 Interior lights pack
– 6FP Visual Boost radio
– MINI Seven door sill finishers
– MINI Seven central instrument decorative trim finisher
– MINI Seven side scuttles
– 3BT MINI Seven bonnet stripes, Melting Silver with pinstripe

Didnt otherwise go mad on the additional options front, just a couple of refinements :-

- 249 Multifunction Steering Wheel
- 473 Front Centre Armrest
- 4AA Anthracite headlining
- 544 Cruise control with brake function

This will replace the Passat, and will be run alongside the A45 AMG.

Well pleased. beer

Not if it's a January build.

That's right. I think LCI production doesn't start until mid March.

LCI stands for Life Cycle Impulse. Pretty way of saying facelift.

Looks great op! We bought a new Cooper S in late 2015 for my other half but sadly had to sell it 18 mths on when she scored a promotion and got a company car. I still think it’s one of the quickest hot hatches on B roads, just because of the torque from the 2.0T engine and the agility it offers thanks to the front end grip.

Only spec tip I’d offer is that when we tried to sell privately, we kept getting asked if it had built in sat nav. We hadn’t spec’d it (we used a high end Tomtom and our phones) but we could have sold it four times over if it had sat nav fitted. HK is a good one though!

Can you still spec the Chilli Pack on these 7’s?

Enjoy it and lots of pics when it arrives please!

If funds allow I'd add on the LED headlights, biggest regret I have with the spec on mine frown

The halogens are rubbish, the LEDs finish the car much better IMO.

Yes, we didnt want to go wholly mad on the options given this is really just a second car.

We're pleased with the combination we went for and it works for us. beer
