I was thinking there can't be many left. According to howmanyleft.co.uk, there are 10 licensed, and 36 on SORN.

You lucky, lucky........person.
I love Italian cars and owned nothing but Italian motors. I have had 5 Lampredi twin cam’d motors which included 2x Mk1 Strada 105’s, Delta HF Turbo, Thema 16v Turbo and the Strada Abarth.
Had a chance to buy a 131 Abarth years ago (1996) but didn’t have a garage so couldn’t get insurance. Also had an opportunity to buy a cylinder head from one which I wanted to drop onto the Strada Abarth block but unemployment ruined that little dream. I attract good luck eh? Now have a Coupe 20VT.
I was lucky enough to meet Giorgio Pianta years ago when he came to the UK and despite being such a lovely down to earth fella, I felt as if I was chatting to Italian car royalty. For those who don’t know him, he was chief development driver of the 70’s to 90’s Fiat/Lancia rally cars and 80’s Alfa touring cars.

Love this shot!
Got to drive the 131 for the first time, handles very well and it's a quick little thing! I think I'm going to fit some proper seats to it and some harnesses but it's a lovely thing to drive, fantastic steering and changes direction incredibly well. Certainly doesn't feel like most 70's cars. Clearly the rear suspension setup has a lot to do with it which was quite advanced for the day.

So what are your plans and will you be going to any Sunday Service in it?
Plans are to register and drive it, as much as possible! Am planning to take it to Auto Italia with my two Delta and works service Van. Delta is at Goodwood tomorrow with the Lancia Motor Club track day. Lagerlout said:
