Small job planned to replace the rank looking return fuel line for a matching braided AN hose.

But I managed to strip the thread on the tank! frown

So had to take the tank out and weld in a new fitting. Quick job turned out to a couple of days.

All sorted now.

New fitting in (smaller one)

Few updates

[/QUOTE]

What a fun time at Oulton Park...it's been a while! It was a nightmare in the morning, a complete wash out and it kept spinning and lacking traction. Still definitely a summer car! By the afternoon it was dry and managed a good few laps.

But by 4pm the turbo decided it didn't like holding in oil anymore and started smoking on overrun LOL. But it continued to hold boost and I kicked it's head in anyway, plus it got me home without issues too. So off with the turbo that night and sent to Vince at Turbo Performance for a rebuild. I call that a win ha! All in all a fun day.

Fly by video and the smoking turbo...

That's sacrilege to have two Cagiva Mito's not running, they were game changing 125s.

A few cosmetics done, rusty arches binned for new replacements, along with a fresh MOT ready for the Ring trip in June.

I have 4, 2 are running. 1 is a 125, 1 is a CR500 engined one, one is a TZR 250 engined one and one is a ypvs 350.

The 205 build has started now as I have tidied the garage, build thread is on PH.

Glad to see this is getting used still.

You go to any local meets with it?

Big one in Preston is starting again in a few weeks, my mate just got his big power Monte back on the Road so I'm hoping to get some good pics of it for him before a meet.

Great update pics.

I like the fuel tank. I am looking at options now. I have wondered if we should, ideally, have some crumple zone before the fuel tank in case of a heavy rear ender?

Nice successful trip to Germany. The car was faultless in its 20th trip! Keep an eye out, Apex did a nice photoshoot feature on it too!
