Sensible family daily wagon - Mercedes Benz S211 E500

Spotted this on the road of Sunday. Turned my head a spotted the magical E500 emblem.

What a great spot! I love it when an S211 happens to sport this magical nomenclature. This one is a case of what mine could've been... ankaa alloys and clear glass all round. Having a nosy at the MOT history, it seems as though they don't drive it a lot, but the history is relatively clean.

I was actually on my way to go see a 500 wagon for sale in the same colour. It was destiny.

It's too late now. Wish me good luck... It's actually black over grim grey that needs some love.

Crikey, it seems only recently that you last had it detailed and it's heavily marred again.

Don't look at the paintwork on my M3 at the PH25 event, you'll start twitching I've not had time to give it a really good clean up...

Jeez that's pretty heavily marred considering considering it's been done before not too long ago. Does it have particularly soft paint?

I’m thinking of getting a QR code printed with a link to this thread… perhaps you could do the same for yours and at it to a ‘For Sale’ sign in the window.

From memory I think that it’s medium thickness. The lights evidently do their job!

It was repainted down the sides so its going to be a lot softer than factory paint.

I did email Ben the PH marketing chap with this idea i.e. why not offer these to all invitees to the RC area?, but I didn't receive a response.
