Nice to meet you today, all the cars looked lovely. The bread van was surprisingly loud when you started.
Will the Porsche be replaced in due course?
Ha! Yes - it’s a Haywood & Scott exhaust which is essentially OEM+Will the Porsche be replaced in due course?
I think the deep bassy rumble suits its muscle car demeanour!
No replacement planned for the Porsche - but should free up some cash for mods/garage etc
Two road trips in a childless week with the Mrs
Sunday: Up into the Cotswolds and an evening of looking at shiny metal and eating dirty fries at C&M
Monday: Up at 6am to drive into Wales and enjoy some of my favourite roads as well as find some new ones.
Mrs Touring was an excellent co-pilot and can claim credit finding the B3458 which was an epic little road.
Enjoyed the Brecons and then up from Llandovery towards Rhayader before turning left to explore around the Elan Valley.
Weather could have been kinder but a great day none the less with some lovely roads and lovely company.
The M3 really is an exceptional piece of kit too.

That's a brilliant update with some great photos. I'm pretty sure I've seen your Clownshoe a couple of times and I just love it. Would be great if you were going to Bicester on Monday!

Looks like a good trip to Wales. I love the Elan Valley and have had some great drives / road trips over that way. The mountain road is always good fun.
The mountain road is great although last time I did it I was in my Clio and I felt a lot more assured than on a wet day in the M3!!!!!MrTouring said:

Ha ha. They first time I drove it was in biblical rain with kamikaze sheep and my M140i and it’s rather wayward, bouncy backend. It was certainly interesting.Last time was in the 125i cab on a glorious, sunny day and it was lovely.
