Drives fine, however. Italian tune-up on way to airport helps a bit. I might be heading Blightywards next year, so I must try to drive car to its death ASAP.
Permanent return?
Or have the local mafia tired of you?

The Mafia are not here, they are in Moscow. The companies are here.

This ones a fetching blue:

Bland looks.

Here, the heap has its third puncture in a year thanks to the utterly st state of the roads. 150 dollars fitted for a cheapo tyre.

The one in Oxford? It is a good looking Skyline, shame the dealer is preparing a flickbook with all the exterior pictures wobble

The one that I saw was near the place where I work at the moment, which is zillions of miles from Oxford.

I shall soon need a daily driver in the UK, and I did consider that blue Skyline Coupe posted above, which would at least be rare, but I think that the looks are just too dull, and besides it's in Romford, FFS. I am pondering spaffing approx £5000-ish on an early to mid noughties Jaguar XK8 instead. WCPGW.right?

As from April will be doing part of my time in London and part of my time in Jersey, so I will need a UK motaaaaah, mainly for going to see my daughter in Norfolk and my old mum in Oxfordshire. I may use my Toyota MR2 Mk1, which has a thread of its own, but it needs new rear arches soon. I am going to sell my Lotus and my motorbike, and fix up my Lancia, and keep my Landy at my mum's house in Oxfordshire or my ex wife's place in Norfolk (both counties being very old Landy-friendly).

My hippy punkabilly slacker metaaaaaaal brother can have my Sherpa campervan, so long as I can borrow it to take my daughter to music festivals. He already has my UMM.

Kawaii style link for anyone interested in yet more Jap-o-heapz.

Just back from a quick ski blat in Chamonix. I rented a Ford POS for cheapo Eurobucks, but at Geneva Airport that pleasant Mr Hertz said that for the same money I could have an Alfa Romeo Stelvio, the one with the turbocharged two litre petrol engine. This modern car guff could be catching, as the Stelvio was a right lovely motor inside and out, and a blast to drive. Definitely on the S side of SUV.

,,,, but then, I see that for the price of a second hand Stelvio I could get something very old and very lovely.

I am keeping schtum for now, but ...watch this space.

Back on the Nissan, it must be sold by 31 March 2020, so I will try to get the door damage fixed (prob 1500 USD ish), and see if I can get 5000 USD for it.
