Mind you’re own business haha, nah just joking. We’re spending all next year finding the perfect place. Off to Marbella when we get back in December, then we’ll give Portugal, Monaco, Portofino, Nice, etc a shot. Looking at spending a few months on each to get a taste.
When you are in Nice pop along to Antibes. There is something very special about that place, old and the new.Good luck with the search.

Portofino please, sending the missus out there weekend after next looking for holiday home/retirement .If you end up being a neighbour, it would be rude not to pop round for a car licking session.

+1 Antibes is lovely.
+2 - was going to pm you then saw someone had already mentioned in - anywhere between Antibes and Cannes is perfect, chilistrucker said:
Portugal would be my first choice as you're spoilt for choice along the Algarve and it pretty much avoids the only way is Essex/Marbella
Great weather, beaches, food, locations, people etc.
Oh and Portimao
Marbella itself is nice (Orange Square etc) but Puerto Banus is a place I can just about manage a couple of hours at a time in. Great weather, beaches, food, locations, people etc.
Oh and Portimao

And IIRC Antibes is one of the few places where the reaaaallly big superyachts can go to play because they dont fit in many other ports
As a slightly younger person Antibes (and near facinity) truly has so many advantages - access to great locations, not so pretentious (has an Irish Bar and Absinthe Bar!), 30 mins from Monaco, 40 mins from Italy, Nice airport on your doorstep, endless Cannes Film Festival invites etc... 2manycars said:
Oh indeed, you and Carlos are top of my priorities when I get back. It’s taken too long as it is anyways, had so much on with the wedding, house renovation, restaurant, family health, etc etc. I’m on it though, pinky promise haha

Because it’s a 430 and something is probably just about to fall off haha.
Haha! I really want a 430 and keep seeing comments like this...it makes me rather nervous!Saying that I own a Range Rover and a TVR so what's the worst that can happen...?!
Not a bad car but not the best, I’d stretch for a 458 if you’ve got the means.
Happy shopping
