Haha, strangely enough I’m probably going to use it for promotional work for the restaurants, especially for takeout delivery. True story!!

That's brilliant!!! Are you going to let the delivery driver take it out and about? If so can I apply for the position as a part time job? Lol

May I ask a bit more about this, just out of curiosity?
Is that mainly individual houses, or apartment blocks, or a mix of both?
What sort of return do you see on such investments?
thanks
Jay
Predominantly terrace houses with a 10-12% yield.
So, you have 100 houses and 50 ish cars ?

You got your name wrong !

must be some pretty high rent areas for 10-12%, thought the average was about the 7-8% range
so what do you think will give the biggest return long term, your properties or your car collection?

That’s kind of what I’ve been thinking, they’ve been using my GTC4 Lusso lately which has been funny.

Not really, you’re only seeing one side of the coin here. You don’t know what I’m paying for the houses.
Biggest return!!! Well they’re both different. The properties are both passive income and residual growth.
Whereas the cars are just residual growth.
In order to make big money from cars then you’ve (as a rule of thumb) got to spend big.
With properties you’ll always make money regardless.
They can always make more cars, you can’t make more land.

My God that's just mental! I mean the lusso does have a great boot! Next time you let them do it please take a picture orrrr get Jordan to do a video with them titled "delivering takeaway in a GTC 4 Lusso" I guess the customers can't complain about it being late laugh

How has this sort of thing not made it into the news?

Surely that's excellent PR? Why would you not take advantage of it?

Why would you let a delivery driver use your Ferrari for takeaway?

Mind is boggling.

Which restaurant/takeaway is this as I'm going to order from you just to see this smile

I think that there is a Z3 under there somewhere. I had a chat with someone who has a red one somewhere. As a car, it seemed quite well put together and the unsilenced straight six sounded good. I’ve just got something against copies of cars (especially the LaFerrari MR2 I saw yesterday) with the possible exception of certain GT40s and the Chessil Speedster.

I was going to question the wisdom / balls of someone parking a real one on the street and leaving the roof down!
