Can’t say I had noticed, but just looked and it does look like he’s deleted it.

Pete’s old DLS is on Shmee150’s channel if anyone is interested. Beautiful machine.

Unbelievable piece of kit, I'm sure he made some decent profit on it though!

How's the move going Pete?

He'll be alright, my LG packed up at the end of last year but it came with a 3 year manufacturer's warranty so I managed to get it repaired free of charge.

Very impressive that even though it didn’t work the DLS went from a £2m car to a £3.6m car in the space of a 10min video

Certainly explains the disappointment he mentioned about it, I figured that wouldn't have been down to the way it drove and had to be something else.

Anyone else find that sort of clickbaity YouTube tile an extreme deterrent to clicking on a video link?

Just screams "I've no idea what i'm talking about, but please watch my video regardless." A bit like an ADHD kid who just got shown how to make a video.

Paid £2m, sold for £3.6m.

Looks like there is a suggestion that the vid was posted once and then taken down again for some reason before being re-uploaded, possibly with the bit at the end detailing the issues?

Video now gone entirely - timing was a bit odd, published way after he sold it, but just after Shmee has driven it courtesy of the new owner.

I found it a bit weirdly negative, yes disappointing that it had a couple of minor issues but when you're buying what is essentially a prototype, not unexpected.

Twin Engine Corsa

It's disappeared from my watch later, maybe the new owner/singer/pete didn't want the video up

Yeah, it's an oddity to me as it's not one of the 'greats' e.g. a 288 GTO, F1 etc. kind of car.

I like 'reimagined' 911s but not at £3.6m whether I had the money in the bank or not. However, that is just my opinion and plenty of others differ smile.

Takes money to make money as always. £1.6m (life changing money for nearly everyone) literally just for having the original £2m and doing nothing else.

Singers are incredibly beautiful and one of my all time favourite cars, but £3.6m is absolutely wild, especially in somebody else's spec. There is a beautiful green DLS with brown interior for sale at DK that is probably my ideal spec, but think of all the other cars you could have for that kind of money.
