Also went ahead and bit the bullet and brought a 3 inch down pipe and decat hope it frees up some hp hopefully it's not to loud

So last weekend fitted a gti badge to the front grill may need to move it over slightly but happy with it

You do realise it’s on the wrong side, mk4s all had grills badges fitted on the drivers side of the VW badge

Cars looking good mate. I ended up selling my GTI project, they are good cars to work on though.

Hi everyone wondered if anyone knew where a good place would be to pick up some us spec stuff for my golf really after a rear bumper cheers

Edition38 used to be the place to be if you owned a vag car might of changed these days not been in since my skoda days.

For sale section was rammed with parts just have to take into account the scene tax that is added!

I think the mk4 has aged remarkably Well these days. If I could find a tidy mk4 estate tdi sport auto. I'd snap it up

Cheers pal mines only done 98k full service history I like the oem +look hoping for around 250bhp once I start the engine mods

What about the ukmkiv forums?
They had decent classifieds IIRC

I know such a shame also I think everyone is into Japanese cars don't get me wrong I would not say no to a r32 r32 skyline but I am strictly vag

I am a member on there but not too much us stuff just love the square number plate on the rear bumper love the front bumper too but my oem one looks good enough also just got it sprayed which was 300

I might fit front side markers too my front bumper I know it's not a us bumper but might still look good just scared cutting up my bumper

My favourite rear bumper for the mk4 is the R-line one but they were extremely hard to find years ago, so can only imagine they're impossible to find now!

Or an R32 bumper with the vents filled in?

Yes the r line is sweet but originals are 500 plus you can pick up a fake for 200 but they are shocking quality trust me been there done that lol
