I might fit front side markers too my front bumper I know it's not a us bumper but might still look good just scared cutting up my bumper
Its actually the rubstrip that you will be cutting the side markers into. They detach from the bumper.

Heres mine with them in, all be it in a japanese rub strip (shorter recess for the square plate compared to the european strip)

My favourite rear bumper for the mk4 is the R-line one but they were extremely hard to find years ago, so can only imagine they're impossible to find now!

Or an R32 bumper with the vents filled in?
Yes the r line is sweet but originals are 500 plus you can pick up a fake for 200 but they are shocking quality trust me been there done that lol
I went for the smoothed original, with diesel anni valance, still got it in the garage despite car being long gone!

Not expensive to do

Cant beat the anni splinters.

My car was smooth all round, front/side/rear rub strips removed. But yours looks great with them still on. Personally I would leave it as it is

I'd say polish, but I reckon it'd be a big job to do properly

I'm really confused as to whether I like them or not. They look slightly odd, almost like a MK5 that's missing it's lights on the boot but on the other hand I think they're a lot more interesting than the standard style and suit the shape of the rear end.
