Honda Integra DC5 Milano Red
Discussion
Sold the DC5 recently so thats my petrol head career put on hold for a while while I am working on London, having two cars to myself and using neither seemed stupid and i'd sooner it wasn't sat about doing sweet FA. I think if anything ever replaces the DC5 it will be a K20 Elise S2 or Westfield but that will be a long time away and Ill have to clear out the garage
Had an oil service at TGM before it left me, cool shot with a DC2 I thought. TGM were nothing short of brilliant whenever I went down there.

Just thought I'd say hello on here, I'm the new owner of the car and very happy with it. The condition of the car and standard it has been kept in is a credit to you both.
I've done a few smalls bits and pieces to the car since having it, nothing major yet as I want to keep it fairly standard.
It's going in to Torque GT for a health check next week before I drive it to the Nurburgring at the end of the month. I've asked them to re centre the steering wheel as it's a little to the right and I'm also going to ask them to have a look for a leak as the car appears to be loosing/using coolant.
Thanks again to Mike for selling the car to me, absolute gent to deal with and made the sale hassle free
If either of you are ever down in Cornwall feel free to get in touch and you'd be more than welcome to take the car out for a blast.
Cheers,
Steve

Hey Buddy, Cornedbeef kindly gave me a shout and I've finally got around to actually replying.. Better late than never huh. Owner of the other Milano Red unicorn as pictured below . Was awesome to see you and yours at TGM, you captured them both together very nicely! Some beautiful pictures above in this thread too. I would definitely still be up for a drive/pics - I'm sure we could get some fairly unique shots with two red DC5s. What is your username on the forum or insta? DM if necessary.
Did you red DC5 chaps ever meet up? That shots taken in Portsmouth isn't it Aiya? Are you local?Kewy said:

It's very much stayed in the "PH family" was featured as a reader's car of the week on here too when I first bought it!
Haha that's awesome mate. Is it a case of rubbing salt in the wounds seeing it crop back up all the time? hahaAnd as my wife says, the Toyota bB is much more "me"

I loved it dearly, but after spending a four figure sum on the respray i felt like it owned me... it's nice seeing the two subsequent owners enjoy it without having that weight around their necks...and it's had some great further improvements that I wanted to do but just couldn't justify at the time.

At least you didn't spend a four figure sum on a set of driveshafts mate And as my wife says, the Toyota bB is much more "me"
But yeh I feel you, the Accord has a generous amount of stone chips on the bonnet now, I can't bring myself to get it resprayed because I know that first chip post-respray would kill me haha. PPF is an option but then you're talking even more money.
Glad you're enjoying the BB! I still need to decide what to do next year, get myself an interesting daily or sell the Accord and get an FD2… options!
