Another ride out planned for next weekend, we are going to look at some caves in the Yorkshire Dales, should be a good trip.

I'd thought that Zetec and Zetec Climate were interchangeable names for the same model, apparently not. Climate adds a heated front windscreen. Anyone know what the price difference between the models was when new?

Strange, I thought everything from Zetec upwards had heated front screen!! Mind you when they replaced the Ghia spec with Titanium they dropped quite a few standard things and made them options!!!!

Sounds like Rover's Project Drive doesn't it? I had thought all Zetecs had the heated front screen too but it appears not.

Looking mighty clean! Enjoy!

Funny story - I was pressing my Focus into wedding car duties, so really cleaned it the night before. Drove to the registrar. Parked. Did the ceremony. Went back to the car and a bird flying gigantic dinosaur had made a THOROUGH mess of the car - to the extent of reaching through the car to open the doors on the worse side.

Thanks Peanut Gallery, to be honest it's a while since it has been washed, at least this time of year the roads aren't as bad

Brochure arrived over the weekend, flicking through it it appears the CD/Radio that it has is the optional Sony one. As I think it started life as a company car I wonder if it was a factory order rather than a stock vehicle

It also appears some Mk2s were built at the Valencia plant although according to the brochure Aquarius Blue ones weren't built there

As far as I can tell the Sony CD is the only option it has.

If it has the Sony headunit it has the optional premium audio package, so it has the uprated speakers and the aux in in the glovebox.

Has it seen much use during the lock down? At one point during the worst of it I was down to about 400 miles a month, not many for me, and most of that was commuting.
