Jaguar XE SV Project 8
Discussion
OP, you're almost better off to let it get dirty and wash it once a week ...I appreciate its new, though you'll get more PH approval for it being dirty and it'll attract slightly less attention if it's dirty I reckon when your driving it! It won't take you long to run it in the way you're going. It's nice to see a rare car being used properly.

My InControl app also doesn’t have remote start feature for some reason ?
If it’s the same system as in my RRS (which I’m guessing it will be) you need a data sim to use the remote features and also to get traffic etc. on the nav. Congrats on the purchase, it looks amazing and well done for going with something a bit different!

That’s superb. Love the fact that your other half (I assume) is on board with it too. That kid will grow up to be a proper petrolhead!defblade said:
Love these, my toddler son is exactly the same and loves to 'go wobbly' out of junctions Keep the updates coming, stunning machine

Both of those are awesome!I ran my sister-in-law's kids home after a pantomime - I don't think she's ever been above 50 in her life and they're good fun so I asked them if they wanted to go fast. Told them not to tell mum, put the car in sport mode and gave it a few beans. Much chuckling and many demands for more ensued, which I indulged.
As soon as they got back home they started the conspiratorial whispering and giggling and I suddenly realised that a message of "Uncle Russell used his special button and he told us it was a secret, we weren't allowed to tell you!" sounded a bit Yewtree.

Loving the updates OP, so glad someone on PH has one of these.
Done 1,700 miles now in 2 months.
Went out for a blast today, dry roads in double digit temps was able to really get heat into the Cup 2’s and push on them out of the corner.
Feel like I’m going to need to run it in TracDSC as the traction control does tend to cut in a bit more than I’d like.
The way it can turn through a tight corner is unreal for its size, you certainly need to dial yourself into its capabilities as they are so high you tend to tip toe around them until you realise it’s just wants more and more and more !
As we have a mini winter heat wave I plan to give it a beating over the next few days !
