MOT done last month. PASS with no advisories with only 1,565 miles covered since the last one - all very memorable and fun miles biggrin PH Sunday Service attended today @ Caffeine & Machine. Nice drive up in convoy. Met some great people and saw some great cars.

(left -> right)
Individual Speed Yellow F82 M4
Alpina Green B10 Alpina Touring
Individual Velvet Blue E39 M5
Individual Aegean Blue E39 M5

Matt Bird was kind enough give me a PH sticker at the service today which I have applied to my 335d daily wagon.

Saw all of them today. The green Alpina was particularly lovely.

03/01/2002. 20 years to the day my Aegean Blue E39 M5 was registered. I would’ve been in Year 8 at school 12 years old. Exactly the age I started building the E46 M3 and E39 M5 obsession.

Facinating thought... I would have been in Year 10 and Year 11 for both my cars

BTW, car looks great!

I was in my second year of uni when your M5 was first registered.

When my car was first registered, we’d have not long bought our first house and I’d have started my second proper job.

Hmmm 3rd Jan 2002; I'd just started my 2nd year working for a 'get together' of Reed Recruitment & Lancashire County Council providing a recruitment service for teachers for Lancashire secondary schools. I was 23...

I drove an M reg (M923 WCW) red Ford Escort 1.3 'flymo' engine special laugh

Feel old now biggrin

M5 was drafted in for a very important job yesterday - to collect baby number 2. My son was very happy to collect his new baby brother in his beloved M5. A slow and steady ride for the 400 horses

Nice! I collected #1 in my 380SEC and #2 in my E30 325i Sport. It's the way to do it.

Awesome car and cool that’s it’s got such sentimental value. I hope you keep it forever.
