I’ve just bought the cheapest 911 in the UK!

Nice looking car. Dunno why it would need a wheel change, as someone mentioned, I think it looks great as is. Well bought ( hopefully! ).I hope that thecrackfox spots this as it has more than a whiff of the Motorpunk about it.
Well done OP. Can't see your post on 911UK (wrong section perhaps) but you will upset a few with paying that for a 996. More like Boxster money.
Should be interesting to see how you get on. How miles are you expecting to cover?
If it survives a year you will have won the buy vs PCP battle that so many seem obsessed with on here. Boring Audi vs classic 911 is a pretty simple decision imo.
Are you handy with spanners? What has the car had done? Service record? Condition? So many questions. Will be following this with interest and will watch your videos later.

The amount of times I have considered doing this. Then I remember owning my cayman and it drinking a litre of oil to 300 miles. Bore scored.
Then I think no thanks.
All the best to you. I hope it goes well and I look forward to following your progress.
3.4 996 won't bore score, at least Then I think no thanks.
All the best to you. I hope it goes well and I look forward to following your progress.
