Put it in a bubble and leave it there 10 years, could be worth a lot!

The S2000 is the one car I've had that I'd go back to. Enjoy OP!

Cheers!

One thing I forgot that I want is the lower seat rail from Japan. Being tall it's not the easiest to fit in, I had more room in my Lotus!

Trouble is, its crazy money delivered with taxes.

Picked ours up on Saturday, my son and I are over the moon with it. Had the geometry looked at today, the guy doing it could not believe how clean it was underneath..Suggested getting a waxoly treatment to preserve the condition..

I prefer bigger wheels like yours OP, but my son likes the originals, wants to keep it standard...

Congrats Gio that looks stunning!

I have a feeling I have rear sticking brake caliper... This will be a pain!

17s really calm them down, I run 16s for track stuff on my MY05 and they do make the car stand up on its tiptoes. Maybe consider 17s for daily use and store the 16s for perpetuity smile

You can get them refurbished pretty easily, or buy the kit and DIY (though it's a fiddly job). Lots of threads on it on s2ki UK section.

Small world, I was going to view that car back in April until he told me about the roof!
I was going to ask if you got it from Hastings. I work around the corner from your first few photos.

S2000 is something that needs ticking off my car bucket list! smile

Are S2000's more of a thing in the US?

Low mileage examples seem to be circa 30k!!

Excellent, thats my plan too.

What wrap did you use? I want to get the machined look as standard. Although I'll be going with Red H logos biggrin
Congrats on getting back in an S2K OP.

If you need red H's then drop me a message. Can do a set of 5 posted for a tenner smile Plotted vinyl.

Not sure if this post is allowed – mods please edit if not.

Thank you, but my brother has all the gear so he did them for me smile

Worked on these today. I couldn't get the aluminium tape how I wanted it, but it will do for now, just don't look too closely! biggrin

I think they look good, but being Mr OCD I will redo them at some point but other things to do first! I did look at the machined look by using a scrubber etc but didn't bother.

Haha no, I need something more comfortable for my size!

I do want it pretty stock too, the things I'm doing I like to think bring it up to date without losing the originality.

That's cool, just a thought as a bucket seat would give you the room and the support in the corners you need and you can always refit the original seats when you come to sell it smile

No prob! Glad you got it sorted thumbup

How come you didn't just give the caps a couple of coats of spray paint and a clear coat? Does that tape/vinyl match the rest of the wheel?
