I would describe that interior fabric as "jazzy" smile
Proper 90s Japanese interior isn’t it - I had a Primera GT a while ago with something very similar! biggrin

Central belt - Alloa/Stirling.

My accent has been destroyed by years of working in international teams and needing to be understood laugh

How's things going TP? What's June's car looking like?
Everything’s a bit fked with the lockdown and stuff - I’m still working on the Rover/Fox and now have some electric bullst to occupy my time too

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

Lack of work in my actual profession has lead to me taking temporary work as a home delivery driver for a food retailer so I’m working odd shifts and stuff leaving a lack of time for car tinkering frown.

What news toastie? Hope all is well with you and work, home life etc......?
Fear not, I’m still alive (just about). Still working the supermarket delivery gig, which has its moments...

90 minute wait for a mobile tyre fitter made for a great shift!

Returning to contract IT work next month at last. Planning on keeping a hand in though, doing a shift at the weekend to keep things open for the future.

Car stuff has massively taken the back burner - my modern 3 series is gone and I have a brilliant* very brown daily driver which I need to make a video about shortly.

Fox is taxed and in service at the moment! Again, really do need to get the finger out with the whole video thing.

Glad to see the 75 is doing its thing, that’s fuggin’ brilliant!!

Alright, it’s time to get back to it. At least back to producing videos on the (broken) ste I have - will be a bit less turnover for a while I think!

I’ve sent the charger off for someone to look at it. Might be some time though!

Brown wasn’t the thing for what I’ve got either biggrin

Not sure it’s terribly unreliable but the bork factor is definitely higher than usual! Not a Lexus, that’s far too sensible.

Think less naturally brown. You’ll rarely if ever have seen one in this colour combination.

What ever happened to the yellow Megane?
It’s sitting in overflow storage feeling sorry for itself. Not sure I’ll get round to doing anything with it to be honest - if anyone wants to trailer it away for next to nothing give me a shout!

That Volvo convertible, C70 was it? Pretty sure they came in brown
Was very tempted by one of those at an auction a few months ago. It went for next to nothing and actually looked viable!

.... not this time.

I can relate to your flat tyre moment! Back in 2012 in my 2nd week on the supermarket delivery gig I got a puncture at around 9.30pm and waited 2 hours at the side of the road!

Good to hear you should be back in IT by now though - I only stuck with the delivery job about 18 months until something better came up.

Hopefully you can get back to some Idiocy that we love now. laugh
I’m still doing a Saturday shift there, working 6 days a week isn’t particularly conducive to having time to tinker with knackered old dross but the more regular working hours hopefully will be biggrin

its worth nowt, £100 maybe

I remember back in the day, these got broken all the time as everyone wanted the half leather interiors, given the damage in front of the nsr wheel its probably not worth buying and the interior looks rather past its best!
I’m sure it’s actually worth approx £42,000 in parts, plus the fact it’s super rare will double the price.

I don’t even slightly entertain buying a car from anyone who posts speculative ads like that.

Sacrilege! The engine is what makes it a “30”!

I don’t think it’s in particularly bad condition either, just needs a good service.
