It’s sitting in overflow storage feeling sorry for itself. Not sure I’ll get round to doing anything with it to be honest - if anyone wants to trailer it away for next to nothing give me a shout!

Was very tempted by one of those at an auction a few months ago. It went for next to nothing and actually looked viable!

.... not this time.

Fear not, I’m still alive (just about). Still working the supermarket delivery gig, which has its moments...

90 minute wait for a mobile tyre fitter made for a great shift!

Returning to contract IT work next month at last. Planning on keeping a hand in though, doing a shift at the weekend to keep things open for the future.

Car stuff has massively taken the back burner - my modern 3 series is gone and I have a brilliant* very brown daily driver which I need to make a video about shortly.

Fox is taxed and in service at the moment! Again, really do need to get the finger out with the whole video thing.

Glad to see the 75 is doing its thing, that’s fuggin’ brilliant!!
I can relate to your flat tyre moment! Back in 2012 in my 2nd week on the supermarket delivery gig I got a puncture at around 9.30pm and waited 2 hours at the side of the road!

Good to hear you should be back in IT by now though - I only stuck with the delivery job about 18 months until something better came up.

Hopefully you can get back to some Idiocy that we love now. laugh

I’m still doing a Saturday shift there, working 6 days a week isn’t particularly conducive to having time to tinker with knackered old dross but the more regular working hours hopefully will be biggrin

Not an LS430, too reliable.

Not a 4.0 Jeep, too simple.

Was thinking BMW 540, but not sure brown was the thing for these in early 2000's.

Think we need a clue!

I’m wondering if very brown relates to the interior, walnut and heavily stained cream/tan leather.

The Germans/Italians love a baby sick brown leather interior!

Jeep Cherokee, xj, p38 or an x5 but I don’t recall seeing any of them around that era in brown

Nope, and what a ridiculous statement.

It's st and completely wrong would usually be more accurate.
