Gearing is set for max 235mph.

Well of course, have to be sensible about these things. 236mph would be silly.

That must actually recalibrate your senses.
And your internal organs too I'd imagine....

Interested to know what tyres this car is running?

As you may well know the Kumho tyres did not hold up on the second lap of the ring viper! The low profile sidewall gave out putting the car into the armco barriers.

With all that extra power I would be worried about tyres.

R888. As it is used for half mile and roll racing, it does not sit at sustained high speeds. Possibly there may be a change to a drag racing tyre for the next 3000bhp runs.

We would love to see some more videos of this animal in action if you get the chance. Maybe ping Matt from Smoking tyre to do a video on it?

Falcon, when I was a kid in Nz, late 70’s my old man has Monaro and Falcoon GTHO, would have been 75. When I was 13 he had a Fairlane 351 cu. for a limo in its day it punched like a mule. He used to buy cars from the Easter Show in Auckland. Had a charger too biggrin
Edited to say it might have been an LTD I can’t remember. Too long ago

Serious question; if we were to accelerate from 100-150mph in 2 seconds, would we remain conscious?

The base oil "source" was the key, the Germans mainly had to use shale oil.....bombing did not help but mainly the low grade source.
And a lot was refined at heysham just where I am sat at work.

We still use the old oil tanks to store water.
