Just read the thread all the way through, looks like a nice, good car there! I will read the Impreza thread to get some perspective!

I decided to let the Legacy go this week and it went off to it's new home last night, to the same guy I got the wheels from earlier in the year.

Am currently questioning my decision making as it was a lovely example but I couldn't bring myself to put money into it, servicing fixing the radio etc and when the offer came up to sell (what is a notoriously difficult car to sell) I took it. It also drank fuel at an alarming rate to the point I was taking the wife's car to work on nights.

I think I just prefer bangernomics. I don't like having so much money tied up in a car it seems but feeling pretty sad about my decision this morning.

Looked a lovely car but I've had enough to know if you don't gel with something it's very difficult to justify high running costs etc.

Come along to the shed thread and we'll cheer you up. There is a nice V6 Saab someone posted yesterday for £500!!

If you want something fun and bangernomics then just get a puma with a long mot , yes it'll have rust but if that's a issue at the next mot get rid of it.
