Bit of a hiatus since the last video and a short one this week, because I've been working through the unglamorous jobs ahead of (hopefully) going for MOT in the near term. I did build a ramp to test suspension articulation though. It articulates.

Good call - pretty sure he'd make it from the top of that ramp up onto the garage roof in one smooth movement. That'd get rid of the pigeons...
Got a real puzzler going on - massive white vapour clouds from the exhaust. Before concluding on the obvious HGF, I've been poking everything else. What gets me is that removing the exhaust altogether also removes the vapour clouds. Wondered whether the exhaust itself was full of water, but nothing will drain from either end or the drain hole in the middle.
It makes sense to me that the hotter exhaust leaving the downpipe would be less likely to show visible condensation. But there's nothing forming on the car's underside either, and it was literally dripping from the drain hole while the exhaust system was fitted. It's a real head-scratcher.
Continues to do it when the engine's up to temperature, by the way. Definitely not normal.

I've not seen drifting like that since I crashed into a snow bank whilst left foot braking like Ari Vatanen
I know, I know... I should have done more sending it and less tiptoeing around. But if I had, there'd just have been lots of me spinning out backwards and hitting things. And quite apart from the damage to my reputation, who would want to see that? Nobody watches fail videos, right?
