Just watched your latest video,
Truck looks amazing, such a transformation from the green army truck.
That orange goes really well with the grey. Glad you mentioned about continuing the orange back onto the box as I was thinking the same.

(I noticed the cab door hinges are orange but were marked as B (for black?) before the painting)

Great cap thumbup
Thanks for name website name check.

Here it is, sorry about the wait. Had to dash out and pick up a caravan mains lead and various hook up converters what I just purchased off local buy and sell. Anyway, you didn't come here for that. Here's what you came for:

Thanks, and yes, that was always going to be the case. The variables that have 'shifted' on the way being what's too orangey (for crows - only people over a certain age will get that) and initial grey was awful so we went with that one and it works well. Once the rest of the super structure is in place it will make a difference.

Welcome, I'm just reflecting it back. I never expected people to be this interested on here. Overwhelmed I was. So overwhelmed I bought a cap. Let me tell you, that's parting with cash that is. I'm not from Yoksheer but I'm reet careful with me pennies biggrin

Agreed, great colour.

Habe you got plans for a shroud of sorts, a cover over the gear between the box and the cab? One side already has something that kind of smooths it over (covering spare wheels?) and it looks very neat and tidy. The other side looks a bit too open/industrial, given how near the rest of the truck looks I think it would be a nice finishing touch.

Please don't take that as a criticism though, I love what you're doing and it's totally not my place to pick holes!

Not taken as that. The side that is covered is the radiator cowling (and radiator). The other side is the spare wheel and is open cos it's kind of industria biggrin
I also agree and the proposal was originally to move the spare from there and fit a storage box which would achieve something similar. However the weight of two spares on the rear might be too much, so we are leaving one spare in there.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Apologies for lack of update, had some personal stuff to take care of.

Right now the truck is waiting for it's custom built storage lockers to arrive and be fitted, as well as design and manufacture of the roof rack, frontal protection & furniture and the rear spare and bike rack.

Big date in the diary is the 21st with Rosie going for her MOT. So fingers crossed for that!

More when I get it.
