2024 seems a lot of car for the cash. Maybe it's the colour that knocks it down. Would prefer the steering wheel trim in carbon tho. Looks a bit cheap in silver to my eyes.

It may be worth starting a GT discussion thread in the McLaren subforum.
I agree though, even lapping a busy M25 over the last couple of days, the steering feel and response of my 570GT elevates the journey over just being a routine slog, yet it's still comfortable for long road trips.
Personally I'm in favour of bright colours on McLarens and I think that Belize Blue (as per https://preowned.mclaren.com/eu/gb/en/vehicles/mcl... ) looks good. Typically it's plain white that props up Mac used listings price-wise, anything with a bright colour is generally worth a touch more, so I don't think it's priced down due to the colour.
It's funny how that car was on AT on 28 Dec (for £155k) but not registered til 3rd Jan, it seems like it must be effectively either new pre-reg or a dealer demonstrator, so I agree good value, you'd basically be the first real owner.
The silver steering wheel trim feels like something to see in person, it might be better or worse in the metal I'd guess.

The GT seems to inspire some rather, erm, 'personal' choices of interior.https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/listing/16094858
Nice spec, but I'm guessing SOR as they claim it has a McWarranty.
GT prices seem to have really dropped in the last few months - there are quite a few just over the £100k mark whereas I thought before Xmas they were all £115k+ and unlike the 570GTs there are more out there in a bright colour, even if they are all blue.
I don't mind that (and love dogs too;) ) - pretty unique! Especially as mine is biblically boring blackness - couldn't even get blue seatbelts. But the rest of the spec had every box ticked by a Mc Director so I sharked in on it at 2500 miles. Love the carbon steering wheel insert.
The way it 'sucks' itself around Welsh corners is astonishing - my first mid engine quite light car in years! Love it.
[I have dealt with that repulsively humongous front plate by now too]
New mates made too
As you can tell have no idea how to close them funny doors so often draughty
