Good choice on the black car, really hides the soot marks from the filthy remaps
I do like them, I think they were very iconic of Skoda at the time, but a shame that they've now largely attracted a certain crowd.
Exactly, and that’s why I took time and effort to find the right car I do like them, I think they were very iconic of Skoda at the time, but a shame that they've now largely attracted a certain crowd.

Same, had one 2007-2012... Still have fond memories, great car. Looking at the MOT history it failed at the end of last year on just under 180k so probably met its end
I agree with the poor state of many now though. I don't see the point of mapping to silly power... They barely get the power down as standard FFS!
Marine Drive... As a kid I used to live in Wooly. Best mate still does. Gosh I miss the beach.I agree with the poor state of many now though. I don't see the point of mapping to silly power... They barely get the power down as standard FFS!

Not much to report in Fabia land, daily beating, piling like a train yet getting astounding MPG.
Had a week off work so tackled a job I was dreading, changing the door speakers. Had enough of the farting sounds.
Pair of adapters from eBay, som Vibe drop in speakers, job done. And nothing broke surprisingly
Then fitted my favourite Rainsport 5s to replace the mismatched set that was on it, cleaned the wheels with Autoglyms excellent wheel cleaner
