fiesta st strips or no strips

just wondering whats peoples opinions are, with the over the top dodge style strips?

do they suit the fiesta or should i take it off and get the car detailed, just maybe keep the side ones.

personally im sorta undesided. I really like them, but cant help thinking mmmmhhh, would it look better without the strips?

Ive noticed punto's and colts and even 106's with them and cant help think they look ste on there car but i actually think mines suits them!

Is it just the fez tinted glasses i have on?

whats PH opinions?

Personally I think the STs look best with side stripes only (nice and subtle), although they can carry off the over the top stripes better than most of the other cars you mentioned.

Way better with subtle side stripes only. Save the full stripes for Mustangs, Vipers and GT40's (and those sporty transit vans )

Yeah im in two minds really! suppose if i take them off its like having a new car again Seen focus'es with them http://image.motortrend.com/f/europe/ford-focus-st... and they just look odd the fiesta just seems the right size for them however.

Dont get me wrong had i bought it new i would have just got side stripes.

But in general do people think it looks as bad as

I see these and grindge really just totaly spoils the car. i mean the c1,and its sisters are decent looking cars and can be made bit sporty but i just hate them with stripes.

For other ST owners... stripe kits here - http://www.teamtorquesteer.co.uk/fiesta-st-exterio... - a bit cheaper than what Ford charge.

yeah ford charge much more,
always wanted strips on a car ever since seeing mad max with the police falcon and the italian job.
just wish however they done over the top strips with duratec on one side of them that would look minted!

Viper stripes do look alright on Fiesta ST's they look better without them and just the side stripes.
