LOL...the black plates are the old plates that I have replaced with the correct period refective ones!Craig
Sorry I was going by order of photos smile

I'm 47 and I'm still too young to remember if those are the correct style period plates

Raised ones will still look better tongue out

No, they look as flat as a fashion model on a tissue diet

Hi wavey James

Brick is to compare wheel as if on car - unless I've got that wrong too

I think the reason all the pictures look like they were taken back in the 70's isn't the scenery, it's the fact that that car looks brand spanking new. Very nice!!

Wow that carpet really sets it off. Any pictures of it with the old carpet?

Looks amazing. Really really nice. I don't really like mini's that much either.

What I do like though is that fact that all the parts are so cheap. Out of interest; how much for a tyre?

here's the old carpet:

and the new:

Yeah parts are cheap...BUT there are a LOT of crap quality parts around (dont even get me started on chrome parts)!!!

but a top quality 10" yoko a800 tyre cost about £30-35!

I recently had 5 tyres swooped over to new wheels by a national tyre company (and they did'nt charge as they like the car so much)! lol.

This carpet is probably the most expensive & best quality you can buy off the shelf. It's from Newton Comercial (which is such a great company to buy from). It cost about £130 I think and around £20 for the underlay.

just one more:
