You need to load them onto Photobucket or something like that, then copy the [IMG] tags into your post.

Here we go .....

Folk kept telling me to buy a nice little runner for me 1st car (i've been passed 20 months but never actually needed a car, lol)
Once i'd decided what i'd wanted, either an ST or the Type R, for me, once i'd TD the TypeR I had to have it. Though I have to say, I so love the ST too.

I love driving the thing, had it a month and done about 350 miles. I don't care how much it costs me in fuel coz you know when I say, everytime I drive it or see it, I have the biggest smile ever

Ye, that's nice first car. How old are you? And did you buy it brand new?

Yep - Must be 25 at least to ensure yourself on that - Test drove the GT version thought it was a little flat although Im used to high torque turbo diesels. Smart looking car thoughwink

How do you figure that?

Its not always down to age . . . . I'm only 19 but am comfortably insured on my Nissan 200sx, which is quicker than a type R!

Back on topic slightly . . .

Very nice motor, and I am a real fan of a type R in red smile

Thnks guyz - lov the replies.

I forgot to add - i'm no whippa-snappa!! at 33 you can regard me as 'old hat' :-) & yeah, I bought it brand spanker new biggrin

Even still, insuring the thing was stressful. I pulled out of buying the car once coz the insurance numbers weren't adding up. I did the right thing in the end though. I wanted to cut corners to save a few hundred quid but ended up biting the bullett. Cost £1600 to insure - Honda wanted £4.5k lol!! Beauty is once I told them i'd actually been driving for near on 2 years (company motor, on & off) accident free, I only paid £1056 (I think!!)

I went to Honda in Wakefield with a buddy - coz I know naff all bout cars. I walked in & said 'I want a TypeR', so the guy looks at me, points to a corner of the showroom & quips 'there's one over there!!' Instantly my mate said he thinks your a dreamer !! Anyway, bought from Stratstone in Leeds & couldn't be happier.

I always said I wud never compromise when buying my 1st car - & I didn't.

If you can afford it, do it - the pleasure the car gives me is immense. Funny thing is the other day I seen the exact typer, my heart sank as I thought some1 had nicked me motor ROFL - as a by stander looking at the typer I have to say it looked and sounded awesome. I thought to myself 'i've got one of them'!!!

When u consider how many times I actually failed my test lol - u'd understand how much fun it is !!
Though, speed cameras r making me nervous. U c, in 4 months i'll have been passed 2 years. 6 point between now & then & i've gotta re-take my theory & my test. That wud be torture.

I was never 'in to' cars. But, I can understand how people love em so much
