Well, the BMW is sick and dying at the moment so I needed to buy a car to get around

I was lucky enough to find, what looked like a nice, clean Volvo 960 Turbo for a good price, still with plenty of MOT (june 2009) and I've just taxed it too biggrin

Anywho, here she is

Hahahhaa I actually do have a few biker mates who asked what it feels like to be a Volvo owner hehe

One of them was noted as saying it sounds like some mad, tuned jap rice rocket and the other went quiet then promptly shouted "Where the fk did that come from" when I opened the throttle rofl

My dad had one of them (well a 940) in estate form (2.3 Turbo GLE)

A surprisingly good cruiser, the leather armchairs and the strong engine were the best bit.

Sadly sold because the rear suspension gave up frown

Looks in damn good nick for the age, and some turbo laggy rwd action in a nice soft barge will be very amusing biggrin

That mpg sounds a bit worrying though, but hey, what are the alternatives? Anything really good is loosing £££ every month just sat still in depreciation anyway...

Given the information on offered on the Turbo thread, it could be overfueling due to a knackered MAF sensor, so that wil be replaced, plugs, leads and a service carried out in the not too distant future and a tank full of redex to clean the injectors biggrin

I'm becoming VERY attached to it rofl
