Jeez... good deal chap! (that's enough to pay for the 'charger and the Litchfield suspension kit!) hehe

Windups aside, how you getting on with it?

In truth it was closer to £15k. It looked to be about £22k list with the boxes ticked (aircon/Bose/Eibachs), either way I'm still pleased and comfortable with it.

As for the roof - yup it's only up when it's wet and as for am I enjoying it? Oh yes, although the squirrelly traction control light will hopefully calm down once it's had it's alignment in a few weeks time.

Dynamically very different to my previous cars (of course it's RWD!) so am getting used to how that behaves etc. Lots to learn still but having great fun doing so!

The front is to high, i think you will find they have preloaded the upper wishbone bushings by locking them up with the wheels off the ground.

Good choice, and IMO the best colour. The springs should settle a bit lower than they look in the photo too. I've supplied a few cars with the Eibachs fitted that are extremely low smile

Cosworth has taken the decision to instruct all owners of the Cosworth MX5 Supercharger System to have their Supercharger System removed immediately.

It is our advice now that the current system is potentially unsafe and therefore under no circumstances should customers use their vehicles in any manner until the Supercharger System has been removed.

Please contact the appropriate number below to arrange for the Supercharger System to be removed, at Cosworth’s expense, either by your vehicle being taken to our approved dealerships or by our engineer visiting you.

Cosworth are currently working on an upgrade kit to the MX5 Supercharger System and are seeking to make it available to you within 12 weeks. The upgrade kit will allow you to continue to use your Supercharger System and once validated will be provided and installed by our approved dealerships free of charge.

If any customer fails to heed our advice and continues to drive their vehicle with the current MX5 Supercharger System installed, Cosworth will not be liable to them on any basis, and they may be liable (or in any event responsible) for any damage caused by an engine failure, including property damage and personal injuries to third persons. Such customers may also have to indemnify Cosworth against any claims based on such damages or injuries."
