Always had a big softspot for these! I wouldnt mind picking one up myself in a couple of years for a project.

Corr, just looked at the Audis (same size) for an idea, that's huge!

i would love one of these but with a compact v6 in! would prob cost a lot to do the conversion, what about a turbo'd bike engine- maybe a busa or an aprilia v4? i remember there was that regular smart car with a bike engine in and it really flew.........but these would prob handle better.

id love to do that with mine.

there is a company smartsuki who are working on a new subframe but im sure z cars would one if the price was right...


The v6 version they made had a 1.4l v6 and 250 bhp so i bet that goes like stink.

The handling on the car is amazing. it as a amazing ability to hold its speed through the corners.
