Hi there,

Yep the 170PS version has just been released, was not available when I placed my order though.

http://www.autocar.co.uk/forums/t/6216.aspx

I have to say so far the 140PS is more than adequate.

Regards

Tim

Nice Galaxy! The "no hubcap" look really sets it off wink

The V Dub aint not too bad either. There's nothing wrong with modern day diesels, I think certain people on this thread are just a bit jealous!

Keep it shiny side up!

Hi there,

Its not a Galaxy, far to common laugh. Its a VW Sharan.

Might pop over to ebay now actually and order some new trims.

Tim

Very nice Tim! That'll be easier on the ears at speed than the Roadster!

Have you got rid of the yellow coupe then? I was hoping to read your thoughts on it as you passed the 100k miles mark...

Was sat next to a friend of yours in his LP640 today smile He mentioned he knew someone with a Roadster.

Hi there,

No still got the Coupe, just turned 117,000 miles eekeek

Think I am going to keep it for a bit of a fun car, bit reluctant to part with it, 70k in approx 20 months and I have sort of got attached to it.

How was Mr George, hope he was ok.

I was only in the car with him for 10 minutes but he seemed in a good mood to me. He scored me at 89% "very smooth", but I guess he says that to everyone.

Hats off to you doing those miles in the Smart. I've managed 23k in 15 months which is nothing, but my excuse is it's a noisy soft-top and a Friday-afternoon car to boot.

Simon asked what I drove, I said a Roadster and mentioned it was a bit like owning a kit-car due to various issues. He said he knew someone with one who had no problems - I guess he meant you!

Im not sold on the front end yet, but i know it will grow on me. The rear on the other hand is amazing, I love the way the arches bulge out so much whilst still staying subtle. I works in the same way as a 911. You must be chuffed, enjoy it.
