To add salt to the wound they equate to around 1035hp between them.

Ah - small world. Yes he seemed a nice guy. Car seems good to. Just changed all the oils, belts, filters and plugs so I have a baseline to work from. Doing the brakes soon so they are good to go for the Ring. For not alot of money you do seem to get alot! of car with the M5 so long as you get a half decent one. Wound it open this morning for the first time really and its very deceiving how quick it is, Ro's all about breaking yr neck and noise but the M5 is just smooth and fast, quite impressed so far.

The M5 came from Reading Porche as a trade in which they were obviously not interested in trading on the forecort (not posh enough for them!). There was an issue with the reg as the owner didnt bother sending the paperwork off to get the orriginal plate back on it or something like that which ment the car could not be sold for nearly 5 weeks but I was in no rush really, just used the Ro for a few weeks... smile

Two black cars to clean though is a nightmare!! Must buy silver next!

Don't know if it is any fun, but the Rangey keys are the ones I would grab first when heading out the door.

Nice one that looks great, your Monaro looks better from the back than the M5 imo. And I live m5's.
