Hey guys just signed upto this site so thought i would post a couple of pictures of my car.

Its a Nissan Primera P11 SRi 2.0 16v

Not to everyones taste but i like it and thats all that matters.

All silly badges and the cold air feed have now been removed but the exhaust is just a massive backbox and has been welded on by the previous owner. Looking to get a full performance system made by Exhaust UK including manifold in the not too distant future.

Thanks for looking and happy motoring.

Nice car, like these things, very under-rated apparently. 150bhp?

The GT is 150bhp mine is around 130bhp as it has a different ecu iirc. Not a prob tho as i have one (ecu) waiting to be fitted. Also in the not to far future will possibly be a pulsar conversion using my box.

Looks nice, but I really don't like the bodykit you've put on the rear - that big swirl really messes with the lines of the original design.

^^ hehe

Were these the ones with the trick suspension, read about them last week in Autocar, and was the first I'd heard about it...

bugger, its the eGT I'm thinking of, thanks to Alfa_75_Steve.

The suspension on these ones is a sore point as they start to creak over time due to the bushes but somehow its not an MOT failure.

I had a P10. Nothing special, just a 2.0 SLX. On steel wheels with trims.

Can't remember the bhp - around 120, as I recall.

However, it was one of the quickest point to point cars I've ever driven.

Complete and utter shed - paid 400 quid for mine, but it was faultlessly reliable.

That's a bargain.

I still rate Primera P10 / P11s. They handle and ride as well, if not better, than the cars the media rave about today.

Always fancied an eGT myself.

Anyway - you've got a cracking car there for sod all cash. Enjoy!

(I'd be booking some track days myself!)

A good car.

I'm pretty sure Tiff Needell owned one in the 90s.

Good smile

If everyone had the same taste, the world would be such a mundane place.

They have huge amounts of grip and absolutely brilliant handling, so you can maintain much higher speeds than any mundane 4 door saloon has any right to.

15 years.

I had a regular commute to work at the time - my absolutely fastest time door to door was set in the Primula.

I couldn't beat it in a Passat 1.8T, Alfa 75, Alfa 155 or Alfa 156.

It just gripped and cornered without fuss at some very silly speeds.

Might have helped that it was the only car of the above which I could drive with an 'I don't give a toss if I crash it' attitude wink

Don't knock them, though - Tiff really rated the handling and they were the class benchmark for many, many years.
