Yes..Yes you will£1.75 sticker. Very cheep looking but i find it halerious.
Nice first car I wouldn't rush with the tints or black wheels though.
I bought a Corsa as my first car not long before my 17th birthday. Kept it for four years and had a great time with it...
Despite the temptation to spend what little money I had back then on extra bits I refrained... Which I'm pleased about with hindsight. I did make a few minor cosmetic changes though, like swapping the hoooooooge red rear light clusters with the black version from the SXI models. Silver indicator bulbs tidied up the front end as well.
Personally if I owned your car I'd spend some money sourcing a few little (probably quite cheap) bits from a local Vauxhall garage... Like the moulded rear wiper blade, and the missing nut cover for the rear wiper. Replacement front rubber splitter (it is quite easy to catch if you're a careless when parking, but the front bumper looks higher than the rest of the car without it) etc. I seem to remember that primered door and boot handles can be purchased from Vx fairly cheaply, and are small enough to be good for mastering the art of spraying yourself.
Anyway enjoy it! Mine served me well for 40k miles, with the exception of when the clutch slave cylinder went pop (£550 - ouch!) and when some cretin smashed the window and got away with about 16p in change and a sponge...
Drove 130 miles the same evening to go on holiday, very cold miserable journey!

Best advice mate is to keep it fairly standard, there isn't much point in spending a fortune on modifying what will still be a Vauxhall Corsa in the end. Im not spending much on mine, holding my cash until I can afford a better car which deserves the treatment.
As someone above mentioned, try and source better parts from Vauxhall themselves, such as: Smoked SXi rear lights, white indicator covers and maybe the alu pedals they do or some Irmscher bits.
The debadging looks good, and having seen other pre-facelift C owners with the black V grille, i'd recommend it - steer clear of the black SXi rims though imo.

I would suggest doing smaller things also, because in the future, 6-12months down the line you'll look back and think 'why the hell did I wreck my car!'. Generally speaking spraying the inner spokes should be fine, but the black wheels are overpowering when coupled with the colour of the car!
As others have said though, very tidy first car, it should last you well until you've clocked up some NCB and then it'll be onto RWD!!

Very nice first car matey.
Had a 5-dr Elegance myself, only the 1 litre.
Now I have the updated version, definately worth it, thinking of painting the wheels black on mine aswell.
Thanks. I've been thinking about saving up for a 'D' for later in the year but im not sure now. Im kind of warming to the 5 doorness.Had a 5-dr Elegance myself, only the 1 litre.
