So, yesterday I picked up one of my all-time dream cars, which at the age of 24 is quite a feeling. I'm going to be making some sacrifices in order to own and run it, but it's worth it.

Here are some pictures taken by my dad out the window of his car on the way home.

and now parked on the front lawn with a small fan-related issue.

Hope you like!

Yeah a fan had seized, overheated and blew the fuse. Stopped the car before it got too hot, all ok. Seller buying me a new fan in the week. Just a bugger I can't really drive it now until next weekend!

Ta. couldn't remember, but I think the later model had a 3.0? No matter, still lovely.

At 24, I think I had a Fiesta !!

Yeah the GTO3 onwards were 3.0. At 24, I should have a Fiesta! F*ck it though, you only live once.

Well you've certainly got a Fiesta key biglaugh

Having been in it, I can say it's certainly something! A really lovely and quite well put-together thing that draws lots of attention.

Great choice of car, Drove a GTO 3R and the noble is definitely on the cars to own at some point list.

dread to think what you insurance is like at 24 but I'm sure it's worth it.

Awesome, just awesome.

I considered one of these as a 'blow it all and have fun' car as I'm only 24 and moved back home, but instead decided that having savings was more important and I was actually able to enjoy a general social scene. Bought a DC2 in the end but I will get my hands on one of these whenever I can smile

Enjoy it!
