Hows it with the new fuel system or have you not altered anything else other than that at the moment?

Plan was to add a twin fuel system and change nothing else uptil Cam in August, but Roger found a single unit that would be cheaper IF it worked.
Sadly it was not as good as the spec sheet, and did not work, so we ran out of time to fit the twin system, so she will have this done in August, when she gets the Cam and smaller s/c pully smile

Roger had mentioned a simpler fuel system, was hoping that would work but maybes not going to be any good!

Nope, no good frown would not pump the required about of fuel, so back to the twin pump idea smile

Think thats ruled the twin pump set up out for me, cant really justify the cost, would need that and also a pulley upgrade on current charger to make it worth while, then I really would be pushing the pistons to the limit with the 122. As much as would love to get it forged, for the price of the car and what its cost me in mechanical failures so far I just cant justify it.

I would not push a 122 s/c over 500rw
One reason i changed to the TVS2300

With the cam in it should be safe enough which Roger agrees on, however the cost of the fuelling plus the 12psi pulley set up for the small amount extra in bhp it would give and the extra risk of blowing it I think is out the window.

I definately want to do and will do the cam with it on the 9psi set up though, made such a difference on my last car and ultimately drops the boost and temps a good chunk too, looking more long term useability than anything else.

scratchchin
mine made 498rw on 9psi with the 122, but
mine always made more power for some reason
most think 460 rw from a 122 on 9psi is about right,
so with cam should see 500 rw with out fuel upgrade??

Cant wait to drive mine with tvs2300 on 9psi with cam
with fuel sorted, should be over 550rw smile

Yeah 500ish from a 9psi with cam but should be a nice safe set up, with the boost dropping fitting the cam only helps reliability.

TVS will be awesome when you have it done smile

Mines probably going to be more long term now, other stuff needs doing first.
