A few minor tweaks have helped, but for the money I can't think what I'd replace it with.
That's pretty much my dilemma too. What tweaks have you done?

As detailed in my profile.

JP exhaust – much freer flowing, and the engine is keener to climb the rev range. It also allows a bit for noise, without being intrusive. Under load it growls, but at constant speed you wouldn’t know it was there. Tailpipes standard size too.

Focus ST brakes – larger callipers, discs and pads. Coupled with braided brake hoses, the system now inspires more confidence. Not faded yet, like the standard setup did.

Few interior tweaks – Ford metal pedal kit, some external colour coding, etc etc

I fancied a Focus ST to replace it, but figured I was spending more, for less room and less toys...
