i'm in two minds on the gsi stickers too. they look great, but because you've built it yourself i think you could get away with leaving them off too.

when i did the capri, all i put on the back was the capri badge and 24v in matching typeface. think less is more with badging, but still looks excellent either way.

the badges were fitted as it has has a full gsi reshelled into it , down to the full car loom and carpets lol ,

i fitted the later gsi16v badge on the tailgate as i think its funny when people put 16v badges on cars that arnt 16v lol

and as there was never a 16v nova from factory you get people who want to try it on haha , well they used to round here , think they all know the car now :P

Good work!.

I'd have left the badges off for a sleeper look, in fact I'd have probably gone for "spin" decals.

hi all just joined and was goin to put a few pics of my car up , and seen another nova post haha

but heres mine

began life as a mint 1.0 i bought from some old guy with 29k on clock , an i reshelled a rotten gsi into it, along with a 20xe engine , coilovers , big brakes , stainless exhaust etc, went for a full std exterior look apart from the softstars and had it resprayed about 4 years ago , just lives in my unit now waiting for the good weather so it can have a run out , will prob be turbo'd very soon though just need a few more parts

carl

Great build, really nicely done.
Was this photo taken @ Billing this year? I will be sure to wander over in 2011 and take a closer look.

Never really liked Vauxhalls but your Nova is good,

rare beast now most of them rusted.
