I managed to give it a quick wash earlier and went out for a spin, I was going to stop somewhere in the daylight and get some good Photos, but I was having so much fun I couldn't be bothered to stop, so excuse the quality, these were taken just before I got home in bad light.

It is such a great car, I honestly don't think I have driven a car that is more fun than this, and the supercharger noise, awesome.

I'm sure it's lots of fun but I don't like them (for a multitude of reasons) and it doesn't look very good in grey and those wheels are boring.

Ace, the best colour IMO, but I am biased.

I need to get out with mine and get some photo's. Need to clean it first.

How long have you had it Craig?

I have only had it for about 2 weeks. I actually think the Grey with black roof/mirrors is the best combo. I was looking for a while until I found one in the right colour.

I had one in the same colour and had the wheels painted gunmetal grey, was a cheap mod that made it look a lot more aggressive. Definitely the best colour combo for these.

I'm thinking about getting the bonnet stripes off, not sure wether it will look better or not. Thoughts?

I like them without, I think the car has enough details as it is, so doesn't really need the stripes....however, they're not exactly offensive, so either or really.

used to have one in the same colour but with white stripes and roof. Brilliant car. The best steering on any car ive driven before it. Mine had a few tweaks and was running 237bhp, handled it well although i found the gearing was too long. Still miss it sometimes although in the end found it wasnt enough of a challenge to drive quickly.

Whats that you want a picture? Oh go on then....

As you were.

Nice motor, other half has the exact same, but also has the aero side skirts.

Nippy little car with an addictive sound on WOT

Lovely car, although biased as we have one, but my god they are fun! Speak to 1320mini to spice it up, that's my plan... You can see 200bhp for less than £1k

People are entitled to their own opinion, not everyone is a sycophant. What right have you got to put him down totally?

Yes and i appreciate that, however when some poor chap has clearly just spent his hard earned on their pride and joy there are ways and means of articulating things.

Lets face it, its only because its a forum, if you went to a meet and saw a chap with their nice shiny new car, smiling away, you wouldnt say "oh hello, i think your car is the worst colour available, and the wheels are boring.....bye now" would you?!

Fair enough, I just thought you were a bit harsh saying his car was a probably a turd and only a Polo when you have no idea of his personal situation. He probably should have said something like he prefers the look of them in a brighter colour and with aftermarket wheels.

At least the OP has a nice car, I find it quite amusing when someone posts a photo of a bog standard 1.6 Focus or similar and loads of people are quick to complement them on it......
